Sent Mail = Ipinadalang Mail
Spam = Spam (i guess a spam is a spam in whatever language)
Trash = Basura

  7. Hello Narcolepsia, I don’t think you need to get invited to the Flip version of Gmail. You just need to change your language settings. ๐Ÿ™‚

    ok to ah. although i’d just like to share there’s been a lot of discussion within the university if the term filipino does do justice when in fact it’s partly biased to tagalog terms. ๐Ÿ˜›

    (thanks for dropping by the parser blog! wouldja like to be a contributor?)

  9. Hello ia, I think it’s just a matter of calling it Filipino long enough such that people will get used to it being called “Filipino”.

    Filipino is to Tagalog just as Spanish is to Castilian, Japanese is to Kantouben, Chinese is to Mandarin, etc.

    The difference is that we’ve only started using the term “Filipino” very recently, not even a century ago so people are not used to it, yet.
